New CRUMBS Radio Player

Remember the old CRUMBS Radio and how the service was sometimes sporadic? Well you’ll be pleased to know we are hard at work on a new player. Above is the beta version which is a long term for ‘full of bugs.’ That said this is a major improvement over the original. You still get your favorite local music streamed at high quality sound but with more control. Soon you will be able to get a direct link to bands and maybe vote on if you like the song. The production version should be ready by May.

Updates

05/26/08 Added links to artists and songs. This was a small yet important feature to add because this gives everyone a way to quickly play the top artists and songs.
05/20/08
Added Top Songs of the Past Week. Instead of displaying the voting ranking of all time we thought it would be nice to see how the voting is going for the past seven days. The top artist and song is also displayed on the home page as well.
04/27/08 Added the voting functionality. We'll see how this works. Early on the voting results may reflect a couple of voter’s opinions as there will be only a few votes. Over time the voting should even out. Give it a try and let me know.
